Leadership Team
Our leadership team consists of two co-founders with strong technical and engineering backgrounds, both of whom were educated overseas through government-sponsored programs. With decades of experience serving in senior roles across government sectors both within and outside of Vietnam, the leadership brings a unique blend of institutional knowledge, global perspective, and execution capability.

​Collectively, our executives have led and contributed to the successful development of over 2,000 MW in power projects, managed the import and distribution of thousands of tons of equipment and commodities, and facilitated the closure of over USD 200 million in funding for critical infrastructure and industrial ventures across Vietnam.
Our Staff
Since the founding of Nam Phong Green, our team has built strong working relationships with partners from across the globe. We are proud to serve as authorized distributors for leading commodity producers and as exclusive partners to reputable energy developers.

Our professionals have actively contributed to the development and delivery of over 100 MW of rooftop solar projects in Vietnam and the cross-border movement of thousands of tons of goods—including agricultural products, industrial materials, and strategic equipment.

Though small in size, our team is dynamic, multilingual, and internationally trained, with operational experience spanning multiple continents. We are committed to providing thoughtful, locally grounded solutions that align with our core values of integrity, transparency, and mutual success.
